Harvey Gmail privacy notice

CoffeeOS Harvey is Liborio’s Coffee’s private business assistant. It is used by the owner to manage coffee sales conversations and meeting invitations. It is not a public Gmail service.

What the connection accesses

With the owner’s explicit Google authorization, Harvey can read email messages and their metadata, send business messages, and modify message labels. Its Gmail permission does not permit permanent deletion. The connection is used for business introductions, replies, opt-outs, delivery failures, and meeting coordination.

How information is used and shared

Harvey uses relevant conversation text, business contact details, and scheduling information to draft and handle coffee sales conversations. Necessary text may be processed by the owner’s configured AI providers, subject to the connection’s privacy restrictions. Google mailbox data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to develop or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. A provider that cannot meet the required data-use restrictions must not receive Google mailbox data.

CoffeeOS Harvey’s use and transfer to other apps of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and access

Messages remain in the owner’s Gmail account. Relevant business records and authorization credentials are stored in private files and databases on the owner’s CoffeeOS server, with restricted operating-system access. Records are retained until the owner removes them; backups may retain copies until they are replaced. Email content and credentials are not published on the website.

Your choices

The owner can revoke the connection in Google Account connections. Revocation stops future access but does not automatically erase existing business records or backups. For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, contact liborioscoffee@gmail.com. Recipients can reply to an introduction asking for no further contact; Harvey records that request to prevent further outreach.
